Must possess 3-5 years of experience in employment and labor law Provide effective and reliable legal services to clients and supervising attorneys. Competently and professionally communicate with clients and supervising attorneys. Complete tasks efficiently. Manage matters from commencement to final resolution. Ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of civil litigation procedures and experience managing cases through the full life cycle of litigation including investigation, pleadings, discovery, pretrial proceedings, potential settlement or trial, and/or even appeal Our ideal candidate will have strong legal writing and research skills, very strong attention to detail, and experience with discovery, drafting of motions, and assisting with depositions and trial preparation in both state and federal courts Our ideal candidate also will have demonstrated client relationship and business development skills Our ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, the ability to function in cooperation with other team members, and the ability to multi-task and manage numerous matters with interruptions to respond to immediate client needs.
